Profile

Prof. Matthew Uzukwu (F.ICMNA) was educated in American universities—Washington State University, Pullman Washington State; Howard University, Washington DC; and Walden University, Minneapolis Minnesota. He holds an MBA and a Ph.D. Prior to going into academia, he served as an Administrative Hearings Adjudicator with the Washington DC Bureau of Adjudication Services for several years. He was an Adjunct Professor of Undergraduate and Graduate Business Studies at Bowie State University, Bowie, Maryland, USA. He is an Adjunct Professor of Business and Healthcare Services Administration at Saint Leo University, Saint Leo, Florida, USA, and Dean of Academic Affairs at the Greenstone School of Business and Management, Abuja, Nigeria. He has authored scholarly articles, book chapters and several books, including the widely acclaimed book “Leadership And Entrepreneurship". He is active in capacity development and has trained senior and middle level managers as a capacity developer for the International Development Institute (IDI) Washington DC. Areas of training include Conflict Management, Negotiation Strategies, Corporate Entrepreneurial Strategies, leading effectively, and Six Sigma Business Application Methodologies.
