5  Trusted Tips to Manage Conflicts.

 

Have you been struggling to resolve Conflicts with your friends, family or business partners?

It's established that conflicts are almost unavoidable.

As long as you relate with people,there will be differences in opinions and choices.

Here are  some ways you can manage conflicts.

• Learn to communicate.
• Ask questions to be clear, don't assume.
• Listen more than you talk.
• Apologise when you're wrong.
• Try to understand people's perspectives rather than judging them from your perspectives.



• LEARN TO COMMUNICATE  : Talking to someone is not the the same as communication. Communication is beyond saying something, it is saying something in a language this person will understand.

• ASK QUESTIONS TO BE CLEAR, AVOID ASSUMPTIONS:  Many things go wrong when you build your conclusions from assumptions. If you are not clear about anything, ask questions and listen to understand.  That way you are getting to know the how and the why.

• LISTEN MORE THAN YOU TALK : I know you have a thousand and one things on your mind to say but you should learn to listen to the other party as well if you really want to come to a suitable agreement.

• APOLOGISE WHEN YOU ARE WRONG : Be quick to apologise to people when you're wrong. Don't let time pass and move on like nothing ever happened. Say sorry when you need to.

• DON'T BE JUDGEMENTAL : It's natural  to withdraw from judgemental people . Positivity draws people close to you.
Be open to hear from accept people for who they are.
